We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest version of the Terms and Conditions. When you make a purchase from us, that purchase shall be governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time that purchase is made. We are also not responsible for the content of any third party website which is linked to this site.
PRICING AND TERMS OF SALE
All prices on the Site are displayed in Great British Pounds (£). Taxes, Duty and any surcharges levied by any country are not included in the sales price and need to be paid for by the client. Please check with your local Customs and Excise Office to confirm taxes and duties prior to ordering with us.
As we offer a bespoke boutique service, most of the prices on our site are for guidance only as no two pieces will be identical and each carefully crafted item is unique. Each order will be priced individually based on current metal and diamond rates and after discussion with the client, having agreed their specific requirement.
We offer a complimentary, no obligation consultation service and no fees will be charged or work started until we have agreed a price in writing and received a 50% non refundable deposit.
All measurements for bespoke items are approximate until the piece is finished. Upon completion precise measurements and weights will be documented on the invoice.
Product images are for guidance only, they will not be actual size and representation of colour will be dependent on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities.
Orders not collected in person will be dispatched via Royal Mail, insured and signed for within the UK. International shipments will usually be through FEDEX.
YOUR PURCHASE
In order to place an order with Julie Hazell trading as Jewels, we will require your name, email address, telephone number as well as any other information as is reasonably requested. Additionally, you will be required to provide valid payment information that you verify are your own. Payment information should match the billing name. For security purposes, we may also request additional documentation such as a copy of your ID, passport or credit card.
We require a non refundable 50% deposit in advance. Once payment has been processed, we will send you a confirmation of the order in writing. It is at this point that a contract will exist between you and us under these terms and conditions.
USE OF SITE

Any use of Jewelsjewellerydubai.com website or its content other than for personal and non-commercial purposes is prohibited. You agree not to reproduce, publicise, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative work forms or commercially exploit in any of the content shown on the ‘Site’.
