I can only describe my love for my work as a vocation…my clients often wish to surprise their partner with an engagement ring, and believe me when I say I understand how daunting and awkward this can be! I am passionate about taking the stress out of what should be one of the most exciting and significant purchases of your life. I help my clients understand diamonds, we work within budgets, I strive to exceed expectations and most of all; it will be easy and fun! Just think of me as your Personal Shopper!
Jewellery is so much more than just an adornment…it is one of the best story tellers in the world! Jewellery tells stories of love, marriage, family and commitment. It features in almost all of life’s major events from the silver christening bracelet you place on a newborn babies wrist, to the ruby ring a man might buy his wife on their 40th wedding anniversary. I never underestimate the trust which is placed in me to guide my clients through the exciting but often daunting experience of purchasing an engagement ring. It is not a responsibility I take lightly and I am so grateful for the privileged relationships which then develop over the years, as the couple get married and start their life’s journey together. Children are born, anniversaries are celebrated, Christmases and birthdays come and go, and I am truly humbled to be commissioned for all of these occasions which are marked by my jewellery. In fact it was thanks to my own Father and all my Christmases as a child, that my passion for jewellery was born….but maybe that is a story for the blog!
